  • salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • clove powder- 2 pinches
  • cinnamon powder- 2 pinches
  • deggi mirch - 3/4 tsp
  • sugar- 100 gm
  • White vinegar- 3 tbsp
  • tamarind pulp- 2 tbsp
  • water 1/4 cup

How to make Homemade Tomato Ketchup (Preservative Free)

  1. IN A PRESSURE COOKER, ADD 750 GMS CHOPPED TOMATOES, 1/4 CUP WATER
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF PEPPER, CUMIN & CORIANDER POWDERS
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF CINNAMON & CLOVE POWDERS, PRESSURE COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES
  4. BLEND THE BOILED TOMATOES
  5. STRAIN THE PUREE
  6. DISCARD THE SEEDS
  7. BOIL, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT, 100 GMS SUGAR
  9. ADD 2 TBSP TAMARIND PULP, 3 TBSP VINEGAR, 3/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. COOK TILL IT THICKENS
  11. WHEN IT COATS THE BACK OF THE SPOON, TAKE OFF HEAT
