Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kiwi juice- 6 medium size green kiwi pieces
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 4 teaspoons of sugar
  4. For chenna- 1 litre milk
  5. 1cup kiwi juice
  6. 1tsp Semolina (Optional )
  7. For sugar syrup- Sugar-2 cups
  8. Water -4 cups
  9. kiwi juice-1 cup
  10. Green Food Colour-1pinch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the kiwi pieces along with water in a sauce-pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook until kiwis are well cooked.
  3. Grind kiwi pulp along with 2 cups of water and sugar.
  4. Take a heavy bottomed vessel, mix milk and 1 cup kiwi juices well.
  5. Bring it to boil.
  6. Simmer the gas and add 1cup kiwi juice and keep stirring
  7. Pour this curdled milk in the muslin cloth over a strainer,squeeze out all the water.
  8. Now hang the cloth covered chena for 15 minutes. Then remove it .
  9. Add 1 tsp semolina
  10. Knead the dough well.
  11. Now take small portions from the chenna and make smooth round ball.
  12. in a large pan, take 2 cups sugar and 4 cups water. And 1 cup kiwi juice and bring it to boil.
  13. When the sugar syrup will start to boiling,drop chena ball to the sugar syrup.
  14. Cover the vessel with lid.,cook 20 minutes on medium flame
  15. Turn off the gas,transfer the rasgullas into a serving bowl.
