ABOUT Dhoda burfee RECIPE

This is also called daliya burfee, a perfect sweet for all occasions. Follow this easy recipe to make these for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Daliya 3 table spoon
  2. 4 cup full cream milk
  3. 2cups sugar
  4. 1 cup malai or cream
  5. Dry fruits as per shraddha
  6. 2 tea spoon cocoa powder
  7. 1 table spoon desi ghee


  1. Roast daliya in desi ghee and keep aside
  2. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil. Mix malai or cream whatever you are using and cook till little thick and add daliya and sugar and let it cook
  3. Now add dry fruits and cocoa powder
  4. Cook till the whole mix leaves the pan
  5. Grease one thali and transfer the batter to it and let it cool down. Cut pieces and enjoy any party with this traditional sweet
