Dry fruit loaf cake

Ingredients to make Dry fruit loaf cake

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1 cup malai
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti
  • ¼ cup almonds chopped
  • ¼ cup cashews chopped

How to make Dry fruit loaf cake

  1. Sieve the wheat flour, semolina, baking powder, baking soda and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add milk, malai, sugar and boil it.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Now add dry ingredients into milk mixture. Mix well.
  5. Now add 2 tbsp chopped almonds, chaswes in it and mix well.
  6. Grease the mould with butter.
  7. Pour the batter in mould.
  8. Now bake it in preheated oven for 10 mintues.
  9. After 10 minutes sprinkle tutti frutti, chopped almonds and cashews.
  10. Now again bake it for 30 minutes .
  11. After 30 minutes check it with toothpick.
  12. Our dry fruits loaf cake is ready to serve.
  13. Let it cool. Now cut the pieces of cake.
  14. Enjoy it.

My Tip:

You can also use all purpose flour .
