ABOUT Layered curd jelly RECIPE

This is sweet dessert in which I used salty biscuits to balance sweetness of curd and jelly

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gm curd
  2. 1 jelly packet
  3. 10nos salty biscuits
  4. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons butter
  6. 3 tablespoons chopped dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Take curd in Muslin cloth & keep on stainer for overnight or 8hours.
  2. Next day in the morning take mixing bowl add prepared hungcurd, sugar and mix it well.
  3. Grind biscuits in grinder. Transfer it in separate bowl and mix butter well in it.
  4. Take transparent 4 small glasses & set first layer of biscuits mixture.
  5. Then set 2nd layer of hung curd. This layer is centre layer so try to fill more hungcurd than biscuits mixture n jelly
  6. For jelly use 200ml water, add jelly powder & bring it to boil, let cool down at room temperature for 3to5minutes.
  7. For our 3rd layer pour jelly on top & set it in refrigerator for an half hour.
  8. Garnish some chopped dry fruits on it. I used chopped almonds and pistachios
