ABOUT Za'Atar Man'ouche (Lebanese Flat Bread)... RECIPE

It is a savoury flat bread from Lebanon made with herbs and served warm with olives, tomatoes and mint or just as it is. Made very easily with only a few ingredients, it is the most conveniently done too. Not only this but it is also a healthy one to kickstart your day due to the presence of Iron, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc in za'atar that is used as a topping on this flat bread which is nothing but a mix of salt, sumac, sesame seeds and thyme.
