Ingredients to make Kulfi

  • Milk :1 litre
  • Condensed milk : 200gms
  • Corn flour :1 tablespoons (dissolved in 2 tablespoons milk)
  • pistachios: grated as required
  • sugar : as required
  • cardamom powder:1/4 spoon

How to make Kulfi

  1. Mix the Condensed Milk and milk together in a pan. Bring to boil stirring continuously, reduce the flame and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring from time to time.
  2. While boiling add sugar as per sweetness
  3. Add the cornflour paste and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is thick.
  4. Turn off the flame when bubble comes up
  5. Add cardamom powder and grated pistachios .mix well and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours till set. Remove from moulds, cut and serve
