Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom: 250gms
  2. Spring onions: 1/4 kg
  3. Capsicum:2 no's
  4. Green chilli:2
  5. Garlic: 10 cloves chopped
  6. Ginger: small piece chopped
  7. Pepper powder:2 spoon
  8. Soya sauce:2 spoons
  9. Ajinomotto:1 pinch
  10. Salt: as required
  11. Tomato sauce : 2 spoons
  12. Maida flour:2 spoons
  13. Corn flour:2 spoons
  14. Oil : for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash mushroom and cut it in to slices
  2. Add corn flour, maida, pepper and salt in mushroom and mix well. Need not add water. Keep it aside and let's make gravy.
  3. Wash and cut all the vegetables
  4. Heat oil add shallots, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  5. Saute well and add capsicum.
  6. Sprinkle some water and cook for sometime.
  7. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and Saute well.
  8. Now fry mushroom first in a oil and add with gravy.
  9. Add pepper and salt and mix well.
  10. Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onions.
  11. If you want gravy type add corn flour mix with water and add with cooked mushrooms .
  12. It's a good starter and goes well with roti and fried rice.
