My kids love these chips, bitter gourds are very healthy and helps the body to get the toxins cleaned so this is an easy and delicious way to make the kids eat these.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bitter gourd: 1
  2. Gram flour :1 tablespoons
  3. Rice flour:1 tablespoons
  4. Cornflour :1/2 tablespoons
  5. Red chilli powder:1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder:1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds powder:1/2 teaspoon
  8. Saunf :1/2 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon
  10. Curry leaves
  11. Salt: as required
  12. Oil: for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash bitter gourd and cut it round shape. Make sure slice should not be neither be too thin nor thick.
  2. Remove the seeds and add all the above flours and spice powder one by one
  3. Mix altogether well if required sprinkle little water as the flour and spice powder coats well with bitter gourd
  4. Heat oil and fry Masala coated bitter gourd slices . Fry both the sides till turns dark brown and crispy.
  5. Once it is done transfer to a bowl
  6. Garnish with roasted curry leaves
