Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Green Tea - 3 sachets / 3 tbsp
  2. Lemon - 1
  3. Mint Leaves - 8*10

Instructions

  1. Pour six glasses of water in a big pan
  2. Boil it
  3. When it boils completely switch off the gas flame
  4. Pour 2 sachets or 1 tbsp of green tea in it
  5. Cover it with lid/plate for 5 minutes
  6. Now remove the plate and let it be cool down
  7. Strain it in a big jar/ bottle
  8. Add 10-12 well washed mint leaves in it
  9. Now take one lemon and cut it into 4 slices
  10. Add these slices in the green tea jar
  11. Now the cover the jar with its lid or cap
  12. Keep it in refrigerator
  13. Start drinking one glass of this detox drink everyday anytime
  14. Sixth day make it again
