ABOUT Mango Icecream RECIPE

When summer knocks the door, with the heat it also gives those luscious mangoes, so here I have made creamy rich mango ice cream for my loved ones. A perfect after dinner dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango :4
  2. Condensed milk:400 gms
  3. Fresh cream :250 ml
  4. Milk:1/2 litre
  5. Corn flour : 3 spoons
  6. Sugar: as required

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and stir continuously till becomes thick
  2. Mix corn flour in water and add with milk
  3. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool for sometime
  4. Wash ,peel and cut the mangoes in to small pieces
  5. Blend mangoes, condensed milk, fresh cream,sugar and boiled milk in to smooth paste
  6. While grinding should not add water .Make sure mix should not be neither too thick or thin
  7. Transfer this to ice cream mould or air tight container
  8. After two hours blend this mix again to get creamy and soft texture
  9. Refrigerate overnight .
  10. While serving add chopped mango pieces or nuts
