ABOUT Dryfruit nankhataayi RECIPE

Nannkahatyis are traditional Indian biscuits, that are made with ghee, here I have used dry fruits to give richness to the biscuits.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1 cup semolina
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 cup of assorted dry fruits , chopped [walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds and raisins]
  5. 1 cup ghee
  6. 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough, divide the dough into small rounds.
  2. shape them and press them slightly. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with a butter paper.
  3. Bake these at 180 degree celsius, in a preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. Remove and cool them, serve and store.
