ABOUT Masala Cookies RECIPE

Masala cookies bit spicy and a crunchy cookies.. Recipe credit my friend Sonu Panjabi Navani ji loved by all.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 150 gms
  2. Milk powder 1 tbsp
  3. Baking powder 1 /4 tsp
  4. Chopped corriender leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Green chillies 3-4
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Butter 100 gm
  9. Grated cheese 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. 1. Seive the maida, milk powder and baking powder together.
  2. 2. Coarsely grind together green chillies, corriender along with little salt.
  3. 3. Whip together the butter and sugar till light and fluffy and then add the prepared paste it to it and mix well.
  4. 4. Add grated cheese to the and add the maida mixture and mix gently to make a soft dough.
  5. 5. Roll it into 1/4th thick roti. Cut it into desired shape using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray.
  6. 6. Bake it in a preheated oven at 140 deg for 20 to 25 minutes till light brown.
  7. 7. Allow it to cool down completely and serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
  8. 8. You may store them in air tight containers for later use.
