Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach chopped fine 2cups
  2. Spring Onions chopped finely 1 cup.
  3. Fresh garlic ( green) chopped 1/4 cup.
  4. Moong sprouts grounded coarse 1/2 cup.
  5. Potatoes boiled and grated 4
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup.
  7. Mint leaves chopped 25 to 30 leaves./ Pudina Powder
  8. Curry leaves. 15 to 20.
  9. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  10. GARAM MASALA 1 TBSP
  11. Dhania powder 2 tbsp
  12. Green chili paste of 2 green chillies.
  13. Red chili powder 1 tsp.
  14. Oats 1 cup.
  15. Almonds blanched and chopped finely 2 tbsp.
  16. Rice flour 3 tbsp.
  17. Salt to taste.
  18. Turmeric 1/2 tsp.
  19. Sesame seeds roasted 2 tbsp.
  20. Oil 4 tbsp + oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Take all the greens in a big plate.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add Spring onions. Saute for half minute, add Chopped Spinach.
  3. Saute a while, add moong Sprouts and. green garlic.
  4. Just saute on a high flame till dry.
  5. Add all masala mentioned above and let the mixture gets cooled.
  6. Now add Oats,and blanched and finely chopped Almonds.
  7. Add Potatoes. Mix well. Check all masala
  8. Add rice flour , 3 tbsp oil and make a dough.
  9. Shape your cutlets. Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
  10. Your party cutlets are ready to serve.
  11. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup or Tamrind chutney.
