ABOUT Chilled Pomegranate and Oats Shake RECIPE

If you don't have pomegranate, just add any seasonal fruits like apples, pears, pineapples in this shake. I am sure you will definitely love this healthy shake. Also you can have this shake anytime of the day, even for breakfast during summer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  2. 2 tbsp Rolled oats (soaked in hot water)
  3. 2 cups Milk
  4. Vanilla icecream (as per need)
  5. Honey (as per need)

Instructions

  1. Take the pomegranate seeds, soaked rolled oats and honey in a blender. Blend everything well with some milk.
  2. Strain it and pour enough pomegranate-oats milk in a glass. Add in a scoop of vanilla icecream, stir and serve immediately.
