Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas 1 kg(seed pod)
  2. Paneer 200 g
  3. Finley chopped Onion 2 medium size
  4. Finley chopped Tomatoes 2 big size
  5. Green chilly 2 no.
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  7. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  8. Cumin 1/2 spoon
  9. Bay leaf 1 no.
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Turmeric 1 spoon
  12. Coriander powder 1 1/2 spoon
  13. Black pepper 1 spoon
  14. Pav bhaji Masala 1 1/2 spoon
  15. Garam Masala 1/4 spoon (optional)
  16. Water approx 350 ml
  17. Ghee 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in cooker add Cumin wait for seconds add bay leaf then add chopped onions and chilli
  2. After onions turns light brown add Ginger garlic paste saute little
  3. Add tomatoes stir little and cover it for 3-4 min. On low flame
  4. Then saute it and press little to get mashed consistency
  5. Add all spices except pav bhaji Masala and saute on low flame for 1 or 2 min.
  6. Add green peas mix all together and now add pav bhaji Masala mix it too on low flame and water now
  7. Then close lid of pressure cooker and cook for 12 - 15 min.
  8. Mean while heat a pan pour Ghee and fry paneer for few seconds on medium flame or max. 1 min. And keep in a plate and wait till peas gets cook
  9. Lastly mix fried paneer and cooked peas in cooker. Now it's ready to serve
