Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 tbsp oil
  2. 1 tsp jeera
  3. 200 grams onion
  4. 6 flakes garlic
  5. 1" piece Ginger
  6. 200 grams tomatoes
  7. 1/2 tbsp salt
  8. 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. 1 tsp garam masala
  12. 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  13. 1/4 cup curds
  14. 400 grams matar and paneer(both total weight should be 400 grams)

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A KADAI ADD ONION, GARLIC.
  2. ADD GINGER. FRY TILL MEDIUM BROWN.
  3. COOL THIS FOR 5 MIN. TRANSFER IN THE MIXER ADD TOMATO PIECES AND GRIND SMOOTH.
  4. NOW HEAT ONE TBSP OIL IN A KADAI. ADD JEERA ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE.
  5. WHEN MASALA GOES CRISP ADD ALL SPICES AND AGAIN COOK FOR A MINUTE.
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER AND AGAIN COOK TILL BALLISH CONSISTENCY OBTAINED.
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP CURDS AND STIR FRY FOR A MINUTE.
  8. ADD PEAS AND STIR FRY FOR TWO MINUTES.
  9. ADD TWO CUPS BOILING HOT WATER AND COOK ON SLOW FLAME WITH LID COVER TILL ITS DONE.
