Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Potato (boiled)5
  2. PANEER( crumble)1 cup
  3. Peas 1 /2cup
  4. Oil for fry
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green Chilli 4
  7. Mustard seed 1tbsp
  8. Turmeric 1/4tbsp
  9. Desi ghee 2tbsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1/4tbsp
  11. Bread crumbs 1/3cup

Instructions

  1. 1st mash potatoes add 2 chopped green chilli, Salt to taste, turmeric &Bread crumbs mix it properly. &make a dough(yellow dough)
  2. 2nd take a bowl add paneer,2 green chilli, salt and pepper powder .(white dough)
  3. 3rd heat a pan add ghee after that add mustrd seeds when crackle put boiled peas and Green chilli, Salt to taste. (Green dough)
  4. Take a portion of paneer dough spread by finger fill peas mixture in center.cover it and make ball shape.
  5. After that take a yellow dough add ball as filling cover it.make rectangular shape.
  6. Fry till it golden color& crispy
