An easy kabab idea that will be loved by all. It can be an instant appetizer or can be served as a perfect brunch. Will be equally good for a yummy 4 pm snack. Healthy and tempting kababs that can be made instantly with just a few ingredients. These can also be roasted on stovetop grill. Happy Cooking !!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. potatoes cubed 4
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. salt 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. cumin powder 1 tsp
  6. coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  8. fenugreek powder 1/4th tsp
  9. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  10. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Preheat the oven on 240°.
  3. Marinate potato cubes with all the spices and set aside in a baking tray lined with the parchment paper.
  4. You can either directly align them on the skewers and grill.
  5. Or else can first roast and then align them on the skewers.
  6. It is perfectly alright whichever way you do it.
  7. Bake them for about 40 minutes until crisp and done.
  8. Serve them hot as an appetizer in any party, be it a kids or a kitty party.
  9. Or even as a snack at tea-time.
