ABOUT Hot Chocolate Daliya RECIPE

Daliya is a good source of daily requirement, it's full of fibre and highly nutritious where as bournville chocolate is a brand of dark chocolate produced by cadbury, good to eat, good for skin and many more benefits are there, so here i combined the both using my secret ingredient of making it with dark chocolate, made a dessert for a change instead of making it in regular style.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soyamilk 1/2 ltr
  2. Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  3. Broken wheat daliya 3/4 cup
  4. water 2 full cups
  5. Chocolate Bournville 1 full
  6. Whipped cream 4 tablespoon
  7. Hershey's chocolate sauce 1 tablespoon
  8. Green cardamom powder (optional)


  1. Take prestige or Hawkins cooker, put daliya and water together, close the lid of cooker and give atleast 3 whistles
  2. After the steam is out, open the cooker lid, and check it
  3. Add soyamilk and 1/2 tin milkmaid to it, mix well, (no need to add sugar,because at this time we will add full bournville chocolate also)
  4. Add chocolate bournville,mix well,till it melts inside,no need to add dryfruits because chocolate bournville itself have dryfruit in it,so no need to put extra
  5. Cook it for half an hour more on sim flame till it thickens, at this time add whipped cream to it,mix well
  6. Lastly off the gas,cool it
  7. While serving add hershey's chocolate sauce on top of it and then serve well
