ABOUT Chia Coffee Pudding RECIPE

Treat your family and friends to something new this Christmas and New Year? How about some chia pudding with a coffee flavour? It is very easy to make without much effort. Just add milk to the seeds with some flavourings to make this amazing party special. You can just mix and match and add any of your favourite fruit / flavour to these wonder seeds and dish out healthy desserts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups milk
  2. 5-6 tbsp. chia seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  4. 1/2 tsp. coffee powder
  5. 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  6. powdered sugar to taste
  7. 1-2 tbsp. raisins
  8. cashews. almonds & saffron to garnish.

Instructions

  1. Whisk together milk, coffee powder, cinnamon powder, vanila essence and sugar. Add the chia seeds and raisins. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Garnish with the almonds, cashews, saffron and a sprinkle of some coffee powder. Serve as it is or as an after-meal dessert.
