Cabbage chatney

Ingredients to make Cabbage chatney

  • 1bowl cabbage cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 pieces tomato
  • 2 tablespoon tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • 2 onion medium size
  • 6/7 garlic cloves
  • 2/3 green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 2 red chilli
  • salt as per necessary
  • 2/3 tablespoon musambi juice

How to make Cabbage chatney

  1. At first take an onion ,cut into small pieces
  2. Take a kodai add oil ,onion , tomatoes pieces, green chillies,stir it.
  3. Now add cabbage,stir it
  4. Add salt
  5. Then cover it for 5/6 minutes.after that remove it.
  6. Now keep it mixture grinder,
  7. Grind it
  8. Now onion,tomato, green chillies, garlic add it oven, keep it for 16/17 minutes.
  9. Remove it.
  10. All roasted ingredients add mixture grinder,grind it
  11. Now take a kodai add oil,red chillies, mustard seeds, curri leaves stir it.
  12. Add cabbage and roasted mixture.
  13. Add musambi juice
  14. Stir it for 3/4 minutes, remove it.
  15. Now serve it hot with idli,dosa and stream rice,thank you

My Tip:

My tip is don't add water when cabbage boiling,you can also add red chilli,as you like.
