Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana 2
  2. Apple big size 1
  3. Ghee 4 teaspoon
  4. Jaggery powder 4 tea spoon
  5. Almonds 4
  6. Cashew nuts 4
  7. Grated Dry coconut 2 teaspoon
  8. Cardamom 4
  9. Cinnamon 1 inch
  10. Coco powder 3 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Peel the apple .
  2. Remove the skin of an apple and cut into small pieces.
  3. Make banana small pieces too.
  4. Mix banana pieces and apple pieces with jaggery powder in one bowl . keep it for 15 minutes.
  5. Then heat ghee in a pan on a low flame. Add banana apple mixture to it and saute.
  6. Make a powder of almonds, Cashew nuts and dry coconut and add to it.
  7. Make a powder of cardamom and cinnamon and add to it.
  8. Finally add coco powder to it and stir it well.
  9. Now it is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold. It is healthy sweet side dish.
