Christmas tree shaped choco chips cookies ... perfect for the Christmas!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 100gm butter
  2. Powdered sugar 65 gms
  3. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Flour 150gms
  5. Choco chips 50gms
  6. Water (if required) 2 tablespoons
  7. Coffee powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter n sugar together for 2 mins
  2. Mix the baking powder coffee powder with the flour
  3. With light hand Combine the flour with butter to form a dough
  4. Roll the dough the use the cookies cutter for the desired shape.
  5. Gently press the choco chips on the cookies
  6. Bake the cookies at 160 degree for 20 mins.
