ABOUT Bread Manchurians RECIPE

"Make over of the Left Over", I was left with few pieces of bread for few days. I wanted to anyhow utilize them before they are no longer worth using. So I smashed them and utilized this way. I wish and hope you all will love it. The method is simplest and fastest. :)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6-7 Breads, 1/2 All Purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 Cup Maida
  3. 2 Medium Sized Onion
  4. Half ball of Cabbage
  5. 1/2 Cup Green Garlic, 2-3 Fresh Kashmiri Red Chili
  6. 4-5 Green Chillis, 1 small piece of Ginger
  7. 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  8. Chili Sauce as per Taste
  9. 1.1/2 tsp Ajino Moto
  10. Oil to fry.

Instructions

  1. Smash the Breads into powder. Chop all above veggies, ginger, garlic and chilies nicely. Now add the chopped veggies into smashed bread and mix well.. Add Green Chilli Sauce and Red Chilli sauce as per taste.
  2. Knead a dough/batter from the above mixture and make lemon sized balls from it.
  3. Heat oil upto 1 inch in a Pan and fry the balls shallow till light brown.
  4. Serve Hot.. :) (You can use these balls for making any Chinese Cuisine.)
