Ingredients to make Paneer khurchan

  • paneer - 250 GM (cuts in cubes)
  • capsicum -2 medium roughly chopped,
  • onions - 3-4 roughly chopped,
  • 3-4 tomatoes roughly chopped,
  • garlic - 8-10 cloves roughly chopped,
  • green chillies- 2 chopped,
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Dry spices : 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi powder,
  • 2 tsp coriander powder,
  • black pepper powder - 1 tsp.
  • oil

How to make Paneer khurchan

  1. Add oil in kadhai or pan, put onions saute until light pink, add capsicum Nd garlic, saute for 2 minutes, now time to add chopped tomatoes, turn gas on sim for atleast 5 with lid.
  2. Turn gas off Nd grind all the sauteed masala into paste.
  3. In same pan or kadhai put pureed masala and dry spices one by one and little bit of water to mix all ingredients well on high heat until oil leaves side.
  4. Add Paneer cubes saute for a minute, garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

You can roast the onions, capsicum and tomatoes instead of saute in oil. Only u will have to wash all these nd aply oil.
