Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup plain flour
  2. ½ cup milk/ water
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. ¼ teaspoon salt
  5. 1 tablespoon clarified butter/ ghee
  6. 1 teaspoon flour(for glue)
  7. Oil for deep fry
  8. Dry fruits

  10. Also needs cookie cutter 3″-4″
  11. FOR JUICE :- Black grapes - 1 cup
  12. crushed ice
  13. pineapple- 1 cup
  14. mint leaves - 2 leaves
  15. Black salt - 1/4 tsp
  16. pepper - 1/4 tsp
  17. sugar as needed
  18. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. STEPS FOR GOLAP PITHA Boil milk/ water with salt and sugar when it comes boiling point, add flour. Turn of the heat and let it sit for 2-3 minutes under closed lid.
  2. Make glue with 1 teaspoon flour and 1 teaspoon water.
  3. Make smooth dough with boiled flour,baking powder and clarified butter. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
  4. Roll each ball into thin flat bread and cut with cookie cutter .
  5. We need 3 to make 1 rose and check the picture to the step of it. Need to bend or spread petals to give the look of exact flower.
  6. Heat the oil on medium heat and fry golap pitha till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Take out fried golap pitha from oil.After frying roll them in dry fruit powder it enhances the taste and gives cruchyness Serve beautiful golap pitha and enjoy the beauty of food.
  8. Tangy Twist pineapple grape pepper Juice:- Take one cup of grapes finely chopped and one cup of pineapple finely chopped
  9. take them into a mixy jar and add the grapes and the pineapple and black pepper black salt mint leaves sugar and crushed ice lemon juice and grind them well and pour them into glass
  10. Serve them will the golap pitha
