It's my innovation with a secret ingredient using cheese in it.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 250 gm
  2. Dry Yeast 1 teaspoon
  3. Amul Butter 25 gm
  4. Salt 1 teaspoon
  5. Honey 2 tablespoon
  6. Amul cheese cube, 1 cube
  7. Luke warm milk as required to make a soft dough
  8. Rice Bran Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take luke warm milk put yeast in it, keep aside for few minutes for fermenting
  2. Take a paraat add maida, amul butter,salt,honey and cheese cube,make a soft dough of it using that yeast milk which we kept aside for fermenting at earlier stage
  3. Keep dough covered with a wet cloth for 10-15minutes
  4. Now after keeping 10-15minutes,make a roti of it and cut into roundels,using cookie cutter
  5. Now keep roundels covered with a wet cloth for 35-40,so that it froths well
  6. Lastly take rice bran vegetable oil and deep fry the balls on sim flame till it's golden in colour
  7. Serve hot or luke warm
  8. Note in this recipe preparation time is more but cooking time is very less, just fry and serve, but fermentation takes a longer time.
