ABOUT TWO-WAY GRILLED FISH RECIPE

Try out this delicious grilled fish with green mint and coriander chutney stuffing marinated with tandoori masala on the outside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish ..... 1 medium size (select any fish with a center bone)
  2. Mint chutney ....6-8 tbsp. (depending on the size of the fish)
  3. Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
  4. Garam masala .... 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder .... 1/2 tsp
  6. Hung curd ....... 5-6 tbsp.
  7. Red chilli powder..... 1 tsp.
  8. Red food colour ...... a pinch
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Carefully slit the fish and remove the center bone and give cuts lightly on top.(both sides)
  2. Clean and spread the mint chutney inside.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients in tandoori masala and rub it on the fish.
  4. Grease the baking tray and grill the fish 30-40 minutes, turning it once.
