Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Oil 1 cup
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Everyday milk powder 1/2 cup
  6. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Few drops of kewra essence
  9. Sugar water syrup just to wet the cake
  10. Whipped cream 1 big bowl
  11. Dark cooking chocolate 100gm(melt in microwave and then pour on top of cake,chocolate itself will flow down)

Instructions

  1. Beat oil and sugar
  2. Add milk powder to it and again beat well
  3. Sieve maida, baking powder, and baking soda all together
  4. Put this maida mixture in it
  5. Add milk with few drops of kewra essence this time to make a free flowing consistency
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
  7. When it beeps open the door of microwave and place the aluminium cake tin inside
  8. Pour the mixture in greeced aluminium cake tin and keep in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 to 40
  9. Temperature may differ because of it's ltr capacity model of microwave, everyone have a different model, so be careful
  10. When the cake is fully cooled, divide the cake using knife in 3 layers
  11. Put sugar water syrup in each layer and then put whipped cream, repeat the process and after giving a final touch of icing put melted dark cooking chocolate on top
  12. Make a cut glass design using the shaper instrument, again top with some whipped cream for a design
  13. Cut and serve
