ABOUT Instant Condensed Milk RECIPE

Instant , quick and easy to make. This is homemade and can be used in all recipes that calls for condensed milk

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 cup good quality milk powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1tsp corn starch
1tsp soft butter
Baking soda pinch
3/4 cup water

Instructions

In a bowl, add milk powder, butter, sugar, corn starch, baking soda. Mix well
Add half cup water to this mixture. Mix well, there should be no lumps. Add 1/4 cup water now. It should be Free flowing consistency. Neither too thick or thin. Pour in big microwave safe bowl
Microwave on high for a minute. Take it out stir well. Again microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Allow it to cool completely. Store in glass air tight container. Condensed milk thickens on cooling. Refrigerate the condensed milk. It should last for few weeks
