Soft mouth watering cookies specially made for my son on Christmas eve

Ingredients Serving: 5

Butter-60ml
Sugar-80gm
Maida-120gm
Strawberry custord powder-30gm
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Strawberry essense-1/2tsp
Milk-2 to 3 tsp as needed
Cherry for toppings
Dark and white choclate for icing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Cdegree. Greese the baking tray and keep aside.
Take maida,custard powder,powdered sugar,baking powder,baking soda in bowl and mix well.
Add in butter,strawbeery essense and mix well to form a dough,you can add 1 tsp milk if dough is dry...
Take small portions and roll it out in different shapes as you like..
Arrange them on baking tray and bake for 10 - 12minutes.. at 180C degree...
Remove from oven and let it cool down for 10 minutes..
Melt the choclates add the food colors.fill it in piping bags to decorate the cookies.
