Ingredients to make Aloo chilli

  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 2 Large capsicum
  • 1 bowl cornflour
  • 3 big spoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 tspoon red chilli powder
  • Cchopped coriander for garnishing
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for cooking

How to make Aloo chilli

  1. First of All Peel off potatoes . cut potatoes in big pieces and capsicum as well.
  2. Take cornflour in a big bowl . Add potatoe pieces
  3. Add some water (2-3 spoons) for coating of potatoe pieces
  4. Take a pan and heat oil
  5. Deep fry All potatoes
  6. Heat some Oil in another pan, add big pieces of capsicum in it
  7. Add fried potatoes after 2 mins
  8. Then add tomato ketchup, chilli powder and mix it well
  9. Serve hot in a Plate and garnish with chopped Coriander
  10. Sizzling potato chilli is ready

My Tip:

U can also use paneer as the option of potatoes
