Idli cake is my innovation. Healthy as it is made up of suji. Every one will love after eating idli cake.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Suji -3/4cup
  2. Maida -1/4 cup
  3. Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
  4. Strawberry jam -2 tsp
  5. Buttermilk -1/2 cup
  6. Oil- 1/4 cup
  7. Baking powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  9. Tooti fruity -for topping
  10. Orange juice -3-4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve suji, maida .
  2. Add butter milk to it and form batter
  3. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl take out, add powdered sugar , orange juice and jam.mix well
  5. Add this mixture to batter
  6. Add baking soda, baking powder.
  7. Now batter is ready.
  8. Take idli mould which are microwave safe grease well.spread maida Aur wheat flour on it.
  9. Pour batter in idli mould topped with Tooti fruity
  10. Bake in microwave for 15-20 minutes at 160 degree.
  11. Cool the cake for 10 minutes at room temperature
  12. Take out idli cake from idli mould
  13. Now idli cake is ready to eat.
