Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups All purpose flour (White flour)
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1 tablespoon coffee powder
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  8. 1/4 cup lukewarm water

Instructions

  1. Take large mixing bowl, mix all purpose flour and baking powder, mix it well.
  2. In other mixing bowls whisk the eggs and add sugar in it and again whisk till sugar dissolve.
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of boiled water in cup add coffee powder in it and make smooth paste.
  4. Add coffee paste and vanilla essence in whisked eggs.
  5. Now add all purpose flour in whisked batter by adding little by little milk.
  6. Take pressure cooker add 350gm salt or sand in pressure cooker, preheat cooker.
  7. I used silicone cups, fill the batter 1/2 of cups and baked for 30minutes. Remove whistle and rubber from the lid of pressure cooker.
