Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Garlic 250 gram
  2. Tamarind 100 gram
  3. Chilly powder 100 gram
  4. Hing 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Gingely oil 1/2 cup
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Mustard seed 1 tablespoon
  9. Fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan dry fry cumin, mustard and fenugreek seeds and powder it
  2. Take 50 gram garlic from the 250 gram and grind it nicely
  3. Take a thick pulp of tamarind and mix the ground garlic in it
  4. In a pan pour gingely oil and add garlic and fry till brown
  5. Add tamarind paste and add all powders and salt and cook for one minute
