Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cabbage- 1/2 cup chopped
  2. Carrot- 1 fine chopped
  3. Spring onions- 1tablespoons
  4. Green capsicum- 1/2 fine chopped
  5. Green chilly- 2 fine chopped
  6. Mushroom- 1/4 cup chopped
  7. Onion- 1 fine chopped
  8. ginger garlic paste- 2teaspoon
  9. White pepper- 1/4teaspoon
  10. Vinegar- 2teaspoon
  11. Red chilly sauce- 2teaspoon
  12. Soya sauce- 1tablespoons
  13. salt to taste
  14. Oil-1tablespoons
  15. Cournflour- 3tablespoons
  16. Fried noodles- 1 cup


  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  3. Now add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add all chopped veggies and saute them for 5minuts.
  5. Now add mushroom and saute for a minute.
  6. Now add salt and white pepper and mix well.
  7. Now add soya sauce, Red chilly sauce, Vinegar and mix well.
  8. Now add 2 glass of water and bring it to boil.
  9. Now mix cournflour with 1/4cup of water and add to the soup.
  10. Now cook till it thickens.
  11. Now switch off the flam and .
  12. Served the hot soup with fried noodles.
