Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Cake :- 120 gms flour
  2. 2oo gms condensed milk
  3. 60 gms butter
  4. 1 tsp baking pd
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. Milk as required
  7. 8 inch tin
  8. Frosting:- 2 cups whipping cream
  9. 5 tbsp milk masala pd
  10. Little saffron
  11. Decoration :- 200 gms mini rasgullas soaked in saffron milk or saffron colour
  12. 3/4 cup blached and chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, baking pd, baking soda
  2. In a bowl beat the condensed milk butter till fluffy
  3. Add the flour in 3 batches to the condensed milk batter
  4. Pour the batter in a greased dusted tin
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins at 180°
  6. Beat the frosting ings till soft peaks are formed
  7. Cut the cake into 2 halves
  8. Sread the whipped cream generously on 1 half and then place the other half on it
  9. Cover the full cake with whipped cream
  10. Then decorate the sides with pistachios
  11. Place rasgullas on top and sprinkle pistachios
  12. Cut some rasgullas into half and decorate the bottom of the cake
