Here i am presenting mini idlies coated in shezwan sauce .this can be a starter.very yummy and easy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup idlies
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1/2 tsp rai
  4. 1/2 tsp jeera
  5. 4-5 curry leaves
  6. 1 tbsp shezwan sauce
  7. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 2 green chillies

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD JEERA AND RAI
  2. AND CURRY LEAVES
  3. THEN ADD IDLIES AND SPICES
  4. THEN SHEZWAN SAUCE AND TOMATO SAUCE
  5. MIX ALL OF THEM AND ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND TOSS
  6. SERVE WITH SAUCE AND CHUTNEY
