Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ajwain-2 tsp
  2. Milk-4 tsp
  3. rice Flour-1 cup
  4. Oil-for deep fry
  5. Salt-a little pinch

Instructions

  1. Take one cup of rice and dry well in shadow
  2. After drying make it into a flour
  3. Now take that flour and add a little pinch of salt
  4. And add the ajwain
  5. And add the milk and make it into a dough
  6. Now take a little dough and make it into pea sized balls
  7. And dry them for 30 min again (if it is not dried it will burst in oil)
  8. Now take a pan and add oil for deep frying and drop the balls and keep lid and fry till it turns to brown and take out

To be very honest I didn’t try this recipe in my whole life. Anyhow would love to try your grandmother recipe and will surely let you know how it was in taste. Till then please share more ukessay updates and the recipes of some traditional desserts.
