Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion- 3 length wise chopped
  2. Capsicum- 1 length wise chopped
  3. Dark soya sauce- 1tablespoons
  4. Red chilly sauce- 2tablespoons
  5. Vinegar- 2teaspoon
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 2tablespoons
  7. Ajinomoto- 2 pinch
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil-2tablespoons
  10. Cournflour- 2 teaspoon
  11. Tomato sauce- 1tablespoons
  12. Green chilly sauce- 1tablespoons
  13. For marination
  14. Soya nuggets- 1 cup boil
  15. Cournflour- 1tablespoons
  16. Ginger garlic paste- 1tablespoons
  17. Red chilly powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Oil for fry
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the marination ingredients in a bowl axcept oil and keep aside for 10 minutes for marination.
  2. After 10 minutes deep fry the marinated soya chunks till slightly crispy.
  3. Now heat oil in a wok.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  5. Now Add chopped onion ,Capsicum and saute them till light pink in colour.
  6. Now add salt and ajinomoto.
  7. Now add soya chunks and toss well.
  8. Now add all sauces and vinegar together.
  9. Now mix cournflour with 1tablespoons of water and add into it.
  10. Now add little water and cook for 1 minute on slow flam.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
