Cezerye is a delicious melt in the mouth Turkish dessert. It is difficult to believe that it is absolutely fat free and yet so delectable. The name is derived from the word "cezer", which means "carrot" in Arabic. It is healthy, light and a delicious sweet.

- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened desiccated
- 1 teaspoon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon powder
- ¼ cup , chopped
How to make Cezerye (Vegan)
My Tip:It is important that the mixture becomes almost dry. Continuous stirring is important. You may add toasted walnuts in place of pistachios.
