Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soaked and peeled Almonds – 20
  2. Sugar – 1tbsp
  3. Cashew – 10
  4. Poppy seeds – 1 tspPistachios – 10
  5. Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Black pepper – 8
  8. Pistachios – 10
  9. Magajatari seeds / Watermelon seeds – 2 tbsp
  10. White Melting Chocolate – 125 gm
  11. Fresh cream – 1/4 cup
  12. Whipped cream – 1/2 cup
  13. Small Gulab Jamuns
  14. Saffron
  15. Chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Soak poppy seeds, cashews, fennel seeds and magajtari seeds for 2 hours. Take all the ingredient of thandai paste in a blender. Blend them very well using little water. Keep aside.
  2. Take all. In a pan, heat fresh cream for 2 minutes on medium flame. Take White melting chocolate in another bowl. Add hot fresh cream into the white chocolate. White chocolate will start to melt. Mix until the chocolate melts.

  5. Fold in the whipped cream and 3/4 of the Thandai paste (you can add more paste if you wish to) into the white chocolate mixture. Let this mixture cool down for 15 minutes in freezer.
  6. Fill the zip lock bags with mousse mixture. Make a big hole. Assemble half thandai mousse. 1. Take one glass. First place 3 gulab jamuns. Then Pipe in half thandai mousse. Put Gulab jamuns again in between and agian pipe in the
