ABOUT Shahi tukda RECIPE

Its a royal mughlai recipe a very popular sweet made with bread milk ....i use a secret ingredient that is nutmeg powder.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slice -4
  2. Milk-1/2 ltr.
  3. Condensed milk -3tablespoons
  4. Cardamom powder-1/4teaspoon
  5. Nutmeg powder -a pinch
  6. Chopped almonds- 1tablespoons
  7. Sugar- 1 cup
  8. Bread crumbs- 1tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slice in to half and deep fry them till brown and crispy.
  2. Now mix all remaining ingredients in a heavy bottom pan and bring them to boil.
  3. Now cook on slow flam till the milk thickens and reduce to half of its original quantity.
  4. Now place the bread slice in serving plat pour rabdi over to the slice.
  5. Garnish chopped almonds and keep in fridge for 1/2hour...serve cool..
