Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hakka noodles-1 bowl boiled
  2. Onion-3 cut in length
  3. Cabbage-1/4 bowl cut in length
  4. Capsicum -1 Cut in length
  5. Soya sauce -1/2 tablespoons
  6. Red chilly sauce -1tablespoons
  7. Green chilly sauce -1tablespoons
  8. Tomato sauce -2tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil-2tablespoons
  11. Cumin seeds -1/2teaspoon
  12. Vinegar -2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add cumin seeds and splutter them.
  3. Now add chopped onion and saute till light pink.
  4. Now add chopped veggies and saute till partially cook.
  5. Now add all sauces,salt and vinegar together.
  6. Now add boiled noodles and toss well.
  7. Saute for 2 minutes. Ready
