Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. oil 1 tbsp
  2. Mustard 1 tsp
  3. Jeera 1 tsp
  4. Hing 1 pinch
  5. curry leaves
  6. Palak 250 gms
  7. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. For Grinding
  10. Coconut 1 cup
  11. Red chillies 3
  12. jeera 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add oil in kadai. Add Mustard. When it cracks, add Jeera, hing and curry leaves
  2. Add finely chopped Palak. Saute
  3. Add Turmeric powder and salt
  4. Add little water and close with a lid to cook for 5 minutes
  5. Meanwhile grind 1 cup coconut, red chilli 3 and jeera in blender. Add required water to grind
  6. Add the paste to palak. Add required water. Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes
  7. Serve hot with rice
