Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. One kg ghee
  2. Three fourth kg sugar
  3. One kg flour(ragi,urad dhal,chana,dhal,soya,wheat)
  4. Mix dry fruits as ur choice..here i have taken badam,kaju,acrot,water melon seeds,,elaichi powder,)
  5. One cup edible gum..

Instructions

  1. First shallow fry edible gum n keep in separate vessel after grinding it when cool..
  2. Shallow fry dry fruits n keep in separate vessel...
  3. Roast all multi flour in left over ghee...on slow flame till aroma arise...
  4. Let it cool for half HR..now add all the dry fruits,grinded edible gum,grinded sugar,elaichi powder n mix it properly..form laddu n store for one month...ready to beat winter...
