Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour -1 1/2cup
  2. Oil-1/4cup
  3. Curd-1 cup
  4. Baking soda -1/4teaspoon
  5. Baking powder -3/4teaspoon
  6. Powder sugar -1 cup
  7. Cocoa powder- 2tablespoons
  8. Venilla extract- 2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve all purpose flour and mix powder sugar.
  2. Beat curd in a bowl add baking soda and baking powder and keep aside for 1o minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes curd will become frothy.then add venilla extract and oil to it and mix well.
  4. Now add all purpose flour and make a smooth batter.
  5. Now devide the batter into 2 equal parts.
  6. Now add cocoa powder in one part and mix well. Add milk if required.
  7. Now pour a spoon full of white batter in the centre of grease mould.
  8. Now pour a spoon full of chocolate batter in the centre of white batter.
  9. Keep on pouring both the batter alternatively until all the batter is over.
  10. Now with toothpick make line staring from the centre to the edges and edges to the centre.
  11. Now bake for 40 minutes on 180c. Or a toothpick comes out clean.
