ABOUT Pancake Burger RECIPE

This is a vegan and non junk version of burger. So enjoy the goodness of health and taste both.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 mini moong dal cheela/pancakes
  2. Tomato 1 slices
  3. Cucumber 1 slices
  4. 2 vegetables patties
  5. Sauces and mayonnaise as per taste
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  7. Corriander spring to garnish


  1. In a plate take one mini pancake. Apply some sauce in centre.
  2. Place a slice of tomato over it.
  3. Now place the vegetable patty and top it with mayonnaise.
  4. Place another tomato slice/cucumber slice/onion slice.
  5. Cover it with another pancake. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds, tomato ketchup and coriander sprig and serve.
