Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour- 4 cup
  2. Clarified butter -2cup
  3. Gond-150gm (powdered )
  4. Poppy seeds -1tablespoons
  5. Powder sugar -2 1/2cup
  6. Almond -20
  7. Cashewnut -20
  8. Desicated coconut- 200gm
  9. Cardamom powder- 1/4teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve the wheat flour.
  2. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan add wheat flour and roast it on slow flam till it fragrant.
  3. Now add gond powder and roast for 5minuts.
  4. Now add desicated coconut, cardamom powder, chopped cashewnut, chopped almonds, Poppy seeds and mix well.
  5. Now switch off the flam and let it cool.
  6. Now add powder sugar and make ladoo's..
